Registration Fee Includes: Conference materials, the reception and breakout sessions on Friday evening, and breakfast, lunch, plus all speaker sessions on Saturday. (Payment is required before registration can be processed and confirmed)

After December 1, 2009 $150.00
Group (8 or more) discount $135.00 each (Complete the Group Registration Form and mail in with one payment)
Registration/payment deadline is January 15, 2010. Please make checks payable to St. Mary’s Foundation and mail along with registration form. A confirmation will be mailed to you.
Cancellations/Refunds: Cancellation notices and requests for refunds must be made IN WRITING no later than January 1, 2010 to be eligible. NO refunds will be granted after January 1, 2009. If you are unable to attend, you may transer your paid registration to another people who is not already registered.
