When is the Conference?

Friday and Saturday, January 22 – 23, 2010

Where is the Conference being held?

All events will be held at the Ramkota RiverCentre in Pierre, SD.

Who will be speaking this year?

Due to an overwhelming request, we are bringing back two of last year’s speakers, Renee Rongen and Bonnie Dean, each offering new in-depth material. Watch our website for more speaker announcements.

What accommodations are available?

Check out the Pierre Chamber of Commerce at http://www.pierre.org/wheretostay_lodging.htm for accommodations in the Pierre community.

How do I register for the conference?

You can register online at this website or by downloading a printable form and mailing it or faxing to St. Mary's Foundation, 800 E. Dakota Avenue, Pierre, SD 57501.

How much does it cost to attend the conference?

After December 1, 2009 $150.00

Group (8 or more) discount $135.00 each (Submit a separate form for EACH registrant and mail in together with one payment)

What does the Conference fee cover?

Includes Friday - Reception and breakout sessions; Saturday - Breakfast, lunch, speaker sessions; and conference materials.

Is the Conference fee reimbursable?

Cancellation notices and requests for refunds must be made IN WRITING no later than January 1, 2010 to be eligible. NO refunds will be granted after January 1, 2010. You may transfer your paid registration to another person who is not already registered, if you are unable to attend.

What is the dress code?

Relaxed! Whatever makes you feel great and comfortable. Layering is always a good idea due to varying room temperatures and personal preferences.
